Issue when Native Application was installed but AVD popup still showing banners that it is not available is related to blocking add-on and Native Application communication.
First please try to clean your browser's cache by checking Cookies and Cache in menu History - Clear Recent History... (Ctrl+Shift+Del) set time range to Everything and check AVD popup for banner after browser restart.
Please check if next location: %SystemDrive%\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Ant.com\Ant Video downloader\ is contain manifests folder with cop.manifest and moz.manifest files
Check that folder %SystemDrive%\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Programs\Ant.com\Ant Video downloader is contain files avd-host.exe, ffmpeg.exe, libcurl.dll, zlib1.dll
Try to start avd-host.exe manually and report us in case of any error messages (nothing should happen if all fine).
In case if files are missing you should check your antivirus software if those files were quarantined for some reasons.
Try to add %SystemDrive%\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Ant.com\Ant Video downloader\ folder to the antivirus exclusion list.

Save application to any folder then run it and follow the simple instructions:
- start MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab tool
- select Next
- select Uninstalling
- select Ant Video Downloader (Native messaging host) in appeared window and select Next
- select Yes, try to uninstall and wait for the program to finish and close the troubleshooter.
After this operations please uninstall your Ant Video Downloader add-on from Tools - Add-ons menu, restart your browser and install the latest version of the add-on from ant.com website or from Mozilla website here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloader-player/
Uninstall Ant Video Downloader (Native messaging host) from Windows Settings - Apps & features menu and install the latest version using installer from here: https://www.ant.com/video-downloader/native/windows/latest
