System requirements

    At the moment, Ant Video downloader is fully supported on Windows 7 and higher.

    Chromium-based or Mozilla Firefox-based browser is required. Just stick to the latest version.

    You can install AVD on macOS or Linux, but Native application is not available yet for these systems. Only Scoring and YouTube videos will be downloaded.

    Officially supported browsers are:

    • Google Chrome

    • Opera version 12 or higher

    • Mozilla Firefox version 57 or higher

    • Microsoft Edge   

    Some Firefox-based browsers like Waterfox or COMODO IceDragon are also supported, as well as UC Browser.

    Native application does not require elevated privileges to install. On the other hand, it is a dual-purposes package, and you can install it for all users (see How to install Native Application (NA) for details).
